Cheryl Lang

I joined Career Search Associates in 1993 after spending 5 years as a Human Resource Manager. I am a past president of the Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals and was most recently on the board as Education Chair.   I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.

I specialize in placing candidates into leadership and professional roles within national companies as well as more regional and smaller companies. I recruit for and place candidates into anything from site level to field level positions. I am a true recruiter who cold calls the competition to find candidates that my clients won’t find by running an ad. I personally interview each candidate before selecting them to be sent on to my client company for an interview. I excel in difficult to fill positions.
